School Nurse

Our Nurse's Office is open to care for all student's health care needs while attending school. This includes all students with chronic health conditions and any illness or injury that occurs during the school day. If your child's health changes at any time. The school nurse is available to assist you in keeping your child healthy and in school.

During the 2020-2021 school year the nurse's office hours are as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 am until 3:30pm.

Fourth Grade Physical Exam Requirement

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health requires a copy of a Physical Exam upon entering school usually in Kindergarten, 4th, 7th and 11th grades. Student in fourth grade need to provide the school with an updated physical exam since March of 2019. You can contact your child's doctor and have them fax the physical exam to the school. If you child has not had an exam, please make an appointment with their health care provider.
