Welcome to Room 137

I am excited to meet you this year! We will be learning lots of new and exciting things. First, you can start by learning a little more about me. 

 

I have been working with children for 28 years. I owned a daycare for 13 years and then began my career in Public Education as an Educational Assistant. I have worked as a Special Educator, Instructional Coach, and in Leadership. I am dual certified as a Special Educator and Classroom teacher. 

 

I am married and I have three children, Jessica, Dean, and Amanda. I also have a dog named Molly. My family and I love the outdoors. We enjoy going to camp, kayaking, hiking, and riding ATV's. My favorite time of year is the fall. 

 

During this year you might hear funny stories about my dog, Molly. She is very mischievous! We will be listening and sharing stories. We will also learn math and meet JiJi, our penguin friend. Exploring science just might be one of your favorite activities that we engage in this year! I can't wait to hear all about you.
