November Calendars will be going home in student backpacks tomorrow (11/1/23).
THIS WEEK: October 30-November 3
- Black and Orange Day- Wear your black and orange to school on Tuesday, October 31.
- Flannel Friday- Wear your flannel shirts to school Friday, November 3.
Coming Up
- No School- Tuesday, November 7- Voting Day/ Teacher Professional Day
- Picture Retake Day- Wednesday, November 8-please let your classroom teacher know if your child will be having their picture retaken on this day.
- Fun Run Kick Off- Thursday, November 9th
- No School- Friday, November 10th- in observance of Veteran’s Day
- 50’s Decades Day- In celebration of our 50th day of school, dress up from the 1950’s on Friday, November 17
- Fun Run Event- Tuesday, November 21- Families can attend to watch if the event is held outdoors. If it rains the event will be held indoors and unfortunately we can not accommodate families to watch.
- NO SCHOOL - Thanksgiving Break- Wednesday, November 22, Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24
PTO: Fall Harvest Festival Event
Thank you to our PTO Eboard and Families who helped to organize our Fall Harvest Event on Sunday, October 29th. We didn’t let the rain cancel our family fun. It was great to see students and families come together for a few hours of fun! We had an excellent turn out and can’t wait to host more events like these this school year! Thank you to our THS student volunteers who helped to run tables and celebrate with our families!
Our next PTO meeting will be on Wednesday, November 8th at 6pm in our Library. We will be discussing upcoming events such as our Fun Run and upcoming holiday events.
Save the Date: The Fun Run is Coming
Our East Taunton Fun Run fundraiser is now open for registration. Every child participates in this event and it is very important that all of our families register to help our entire school earn a pajama party! All you have to do is register online at MYBOOSTER.COM
